Elizabeth No.D100 was built at Vulcan Foundry in Newton Le Willows, Lancashire, to their Drewry design. Named after Factory Nurse Elizabeth Poole following a vote of all members.

She operated at the Vulcan Foundry as the Works Shunter. After the Works closed down, the Alderney Railway Contacted Lord Weinstock, who put the railway on to Newton Le Willows, and D100 was transferred to Alderney in 1984. As in the case of Molly 2, Elizabeth was sent over in kit form as the Dock Cranes at the Harbour has insufficient lifting capacity to lift the entire loco in one go.

She was Re-Built in just six days. Powered by a Six Cylinder Gardner 6L3 Diesel Engine. The 18 Litre engine produces 153bhp and runs at 1200rpm. This was overhauled in 2003, and the Motion and Wheels had work done at the Watercress Line in 2002!

She is the main motive power on the Alderney Railway.
