Recreation Railways

Recreation Railways operates a portable 7 ¼ inch gauge railway that can be setup anywhere!
In August 2009 Recreation Railways ran a 200 yard line over Charlton Road Viaduct in Shepton Mallet, part of the original Somerset & Dorset Railway.

It was the first steam loco over the viaduct in 42 years (Please see Charlton Road Viaduct event write up for more info)!
RR also have a hand in operating the Hunters Rest miniature railway & the Cranmore miniature railway.
